Frequently Asked Questions

After submitting the form above, we will switch your monthly billing package over to the annual billing package, then on your next billing date, you will be automatically charged the annual amount.

*There may be a few days between you submitting this form and our team changing your package. If your billing date has passed at the time we change your package, your next billing date will be when you’re charged the annual amount, so you will essentially keep your monthly plan until your next billing date.

We may take 1-2 business days to switch your packages from monthly to annual after you submit the form above. If your billing date occurs before we make the switch, the annual charge will simply occur on your next billing date (1 month away).

Note: If your monthly charge occurs before we make the switch, we will not reverse it and charge you the annual amount upon request. You will need to wait until your annual plan starts on your next billing date.

Yes, however, you cannot switch back to monthly in the middle of the year you paid for. If you want to switch back to monthly from annual billing, we will switch your annual package to the monthly package, so your monthly payments will begin on your next billing date, which will be 1 year from your annual payment.
