Activations can be scheduled as quickly as the next business day (Cable). Up to 5 business days for DSL.

We Ship Your Modem

Your modem kit will arrive prior to your activation date. The package will be left at your door or in your mailbox between 9am – 5pm (Mon-Fri).

Installation Performed

A certified technician will complete the activation of your internet line, or your line will be remotely activated.

30 Mbps

Best for households with 2 people or less. This speed can support streaming services, but might get bogged down when many devices are using bandwidth.

50 Mbps (DSL) 

Only offered to those who live outside of cable-enabled neighbourhoods.

100 Mbps 

Best for households with 2-5 people. This speed can support all your internet needs from streaming to gaming to video calls.

500 Mbps

Best for households with heavy internet users. If multiple people are performing video calls, streaming, and/or gaming at the same time in your household, this speed is for you.

Cable

We will need the MAC ID and SN (Serial Number) of your modem. If you signed up online, we will contact you for this info.

Once the line at your service address is activated, you can just “plug and play” with your own modem.
You will be responsible for setting up your WiFi and all other settings/functions.

DSL

We will provide your PPPoE login credentials, then you will be responsible for programming your unit.

Yes, you can.

Plug your router into 1 of the LAN ports on the modem. If using a DSL modem, which has a built-in WiFi router, login to the modem to disable the WiFi signal.

  • Hitron CODA-45 (single-port)
    • This modem does not include a built-in WiFi router, so we will provide 1 WiFi Mesh Pod, which provides a WiFi signal
