Outbound Number

If your business has multiple numbers, you can choose a specific number using the *99X prefix prior to dialing the person you wish to call.

X represents the place value of the number in your list of numbers. Your numbers are in a list, ordered by numerical value.

For instance, if you have three phone numbers:

#1 – 204-555-4321
#2 – 306-555-1234
#3 – 416-555-9876

To call with 306-555-1234, dial *992, followed by the client’s phone number, before finally clicking the dial button.

Hide Caller ID

Dial *990 before the number you want to call.

  • Example: to call 226-336-6646, dial *9902263366646

Frequently Asked Questions

Some carriers do not provide the Caller ID name. They may say that your plan includes Caller ID, but only includes the number and not the name.

They likely have your business number saved in their contacts, so it is showing the contact name they gave your business.

Dialing a toll free number with your own toll-free number will result in your primary number being shown to the call recipient.
