Bypass Automated Receptionist

By default, your Fongo Works automated receptionist is the first thing your callers hear when they call any of your business numbers. Upon request, we can configure your system to have no receptionist greeting, with every incoming call going straight to one of your member/extensions.
Let our support team know that you want to bypass the receptionist, and specify the member/extension to direct calls to.
Notes
- Editing your receptionist greeting in the dashboard will erase the
receptionist bypass - You can request a hunt group to be set as the “receiver of calls”
- You cannot bypass the automated receptionist while also using receptionist scheduling
