1. On/Off hours cannot have different caller options, only the greetings will change. We recommend having certain caller options included in the on-hours greeting, then having other caller options included for the off hours greeting.
Example: On-hours greeting says “press 1 for sales, press 2 for support” whereas Off-hours will then say “Sorry, we’re closed, but you can press 3 to leave us a message or press 4 for our hours and location”
2. You cannot use the receptionist bypass setup with the receptionist scheduling feature.
